Student Meetings - in class during class work sessions, during recess, beginning of lunch and after school (limited time on Wednesdays, alternating Thursdays). Not available on Fridays - due to after school Student Activity. Students are encouraged to make appointments for after or before school meetings.

General Meeting Rule - Students are highly encouraged to ask questions and solve issues with Mr. Rodgers in order to become responsible problem solvers and good managers of their personal affairs. Mr. Rodgers likes to approach students issues with an open mind, and will attempt to meet with every student in order to foster mutual understanding necessary to ensure that students can do their best in class.

Parent Meeting Availability
Fifth or Sixth Period meetings are possible
After school (end by 4:30 pm) - Most Mondays, Wednesdays (after 3:30), 2 Thursdays a month, Fridays are limited
NOT Available on Tuesdays after lunch Fall 2008 semester; One district meeting set one Monday per month after school; Two Larkspur Teachers Association meetings set two Thursdays per month after school.
 
Phone Calls and Email
Email is always preferred.
Phone calls will be made by Mr. Rodgers, after lunch and in the early evenings based on teacher availability.
Phone messages are checked after lunch. Please send an email if you must contact me during the day. Emails are checked after lunch.
